Instruction for National Agencies

As for organizational reasons, all NAs are asked to inform organizers (bobr@mbox.cesnet.cz) and the Czech NA about the number of contact seminar participants before the end of February 2004. This number is obligatory. An invoice will be issued and sent to agencies immediately. The bank payment must be transferred by the first week of March to avoid uncertainty at the beginning of the action.
The final list of participants must be sent before 20^th of March.
