Payment instructions: After the successful preliminary Registration on the Web every participant get the introductory letter from the agency, which is responsible for food and accommodation. He/she will be asked for specification of arrival and departure dates, room sharing, and other requirements. After receiving of these information the invoice will be send in electronic form immediately. Participants are supposed to realize payment in form of bank transfer following the details given by the invoice. The deadline for realizing of this transfer is 1st of March 2004. The written stamped receipts will be overhanded during the conference registration personally. The participants, which don't manage the payment in time must ask the agency for the special letter of acceptation, which approve them to pay late term price by cash or credit card after arrival in Prague.
